Wer kann den Großkundenrabatt beantragen?

Alle Unternehmen, Organisationen, Regierungen oder einzelne Kunden können den Großkundenrabatt beantragen, solange die Produktmenge insgesamt mindestens 50 Stück beträgt.

Kann ich den Code mit anderen teilen?

Nein. Ihre Gutscheincodes sind begrenzt auf die E-Mail-Adresse, die zur Verifizierung benutzt wurde, und können nur für Einkäufe auf der offiziellen ESR Seite mit ebendieser E-Mail genutzt werden. ESR behält sich das Recht vor, bei jeglichen Missbrauchsverdachten rechtlich einzuschreiten.

Haben die ausgestellten Rabattcodes ein Ablaufdatum oder andere Einschränkungen?

Gutscheine laufen 1 Monat nach dem Ausstelldatum ab. Bitte lösen Sie Ihren Rabattcode rechtzeitig ein.

Thank you for shopping at the ESR Store.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the ESR Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at the ESR Store, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with ESR’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Bulk Prices & Discounts

Our quotes and discounts are based on the total value of your order. If you wish to change the size of your order or the type(s) of product you are ordering, please contact us immediately to get a new quote and discount.

Order and Shipment

You can cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If you submit a cancellation request for an order that has already been shipped, we will process your refund only after the ordered product(s) has been returned to our warehouse. To track your order’s shipment status, please log into your ESR account. If you wish to request a refund before we confirm the payment, please contact the ESR Store’s customer support and we will prioritize your request.

Aftersales Policy

ESR guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, a refund or replacement can be requested within 45 calendar days upon the purchase date (based on actual date the product was received). In order to request a refund or replacement please contact ESR customer support.

A refund will not be provided if:

  1. The refund was requested beyond 45 calendar days of purchase;
  2. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with;
  3. Product sent back for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item is not in new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches;
  4. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation;
  5. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration;
  6. Damage was caused to the product by external, force majeure factors, including fires, floods, high winds, and lightning strikes.

A replacement will not be provided if:

  1. The replacement was requested beyond 45 calendars days upon receipt of the product;
  2. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with;
  3. Product sent back for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or contains items damaged by user error;
  4. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation;
  5. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
  6. Damage was caused to the product by external, force majeure factors, including fires, floods, high winds, and lightning strikes.

Privacy Terms

ESR will use certificate information strictly in compliance with the Privacy Terms as set forth on the ESR website.

Statement

ESR will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from your use of any of the product or from any other claim related in any way to your use of the product, including without limitation, any careless use, misuse, failure to comply with the product’s instructions, failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations, etc..
